We’re Beth and Danny, hi! We’ve been together since 2014—high school sweethearts who grew up side by side and have been evolving together ever since.

What started as a shared love for fitness became a shared vision for something bigger: creating unforgettable experiences that combine movement, adventure, and connection. That dream turned into Evolve Escapes. A place where people come not just to train, but to truly reset, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.

In 2025, we left behind the traditional path, got married in Ibiza, honeymooned in Bali, and started building a life we love. One that reflects everything we value: freedom, purpose, community, and growth. Now based in Spain with our dog, we’re bringing our retreats to life in some of the most beautiful places in the world.
