Evolve Escapes Terms of Service
Effective Date: 02/05/2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and services provided byEvolve Escapes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a retreat or participating inour services, you agree to the following Terms:
1. Booking Fee and Payments
• A non-refundable £500 booking fee is required to secure your place.
• This booking fee is not a deposit and is non-transferable.
• The full balance is due no later than 3 months before the retreat start date.
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfer.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
• The £500 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you cancel your booking more than 90 days before the retreat start date,you will receive a full refund of any payments made excluding the booking fee.
• If you cancel between 60 and 90 days before the retreat, you will receive a50% refund excluding the booking fee.
• If you cancel less than 60 days before the retreat, no refunds will be given.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseencancellations.
• In the event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseencircumstances, you will receive a full refund including your booking fee.
3. Health and Safety
• You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and able toparticipate in retreat activities.
• You must inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietaryneeds prior to arrival.
• Participation is at your own risk.
4. Code of Conduct
• We expect respectful and responsible behavior from all participants.
• Any inappropriate or disruptive conduct may result in removal from theretreat without a refund.
• You agree to follow all reasonable instructions from retreat staff andfacilitators.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Evolve Escapes, including but not limited to text,images, materials, and logos, is our property and may not be copied, modified,or used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Any injury, illness, or accident sustained during the retreat
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Events beyond our control (e.g., weather, travel delays, or naturaldisasters)
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will beposted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
