Itinerary

Day 1 - Sunday

Arrivals & Unwind
Welcome to Evolve Escapes. Check-in opens from 2 PM drop your bags, grab a welcome drink, and get settled in. Once everyone’s arrived, we’ll meet for a light yoga session to loosen up after travelling. Dinner is served around sunset by our private chef—expect fresh, local ingredients, good conversation, and a chance to start getting to know your fellow guests.

Day 2 - Monday

Morning Sweat & Sunset Hike
We’ll start the day with a morning workout to get you moving and switched on. After that, a chef-prepared breakfast hits the table. Fresh fruit, eggs, local produce, and coffee, of course. The rest of the day is yours to relax, swim, or explore. In the evening, we’ll head out for a guided sunset hike. Nothing too intense, but enough to stretch the legs and take in the views. Back at the villa, dinner will be ready and waiting.

Day 3 - Tuesday

Coastal Run & Golden Hour Ride
A light morning run kicks off the day. Easy pace, coastal air, and a great start before another solid breakfast from the chef. After lunch, you’ll have time to recharge. As the sun drops, we’ll take a sunset bike ride through the countryside. It’s laid-back, social, and the perfect way to explore the local area. Back home, dinner is served and the evening’s yours.

Day 4 - Wednesday

Boat Day
Kick off the day with a sunrise workout, then set sail for an unforgettable boat day. Swim, snorkel, and explore Bali’s hidden coves and tiny islands while enjoying lunch and drinks on board. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins or sea turtles! Return to shore for a relaxing evening and a magical sunset dinner.

Day 5 – Thursday

Recovery Mode
After a slower start and optional morning mobility, today’s all about rest. There’ll be space for massages, ice baths, or just time to catch up on sleep or sun. Breakfast and lunch are light and chef-prepared, focused on recovery. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a slower dinner as the sun sets. No schedule, no pressure.

Day 6 - Friday

Sweat & Social
We’re picking the pace back up with a morning training session—expect a good sweat and solid team energy. Breakfast follows, with the afternoon free to lounge, head into town, or book another treatment. As always, lunch is fresh and flexible. Dinner is a relaxed affair with a few final nights to enjoy the villa.

Day 7 - Saturday

Final Session & Night Out
Our final full day kicks off with a last morning workout—high energy, upbeat, and a great way to round off the week. After breakfast and a slow start, we’ll get ready for a night out. Dinner tonight is off-site at a top spot in Ibiza. It’s a bit of a celebration—great food, drinks, and a chance to enjoy the views and new found friendships before heading home.

Day 8 - Sunday

Last Stretch & Checkout
Before checkout at 10 AM, we’ll finish with one final movement session—just enough to get the body moving before travel. Breakfast will be served one last time by our chef, then it’s time to say goodbye and head off feeling clear, strong, and recharged
